When you prefer that human touch

We're often complimented on how easy to use our software solutions are. In addition, our product such as Quick-Recruit come with fully comprehensive user guides, and access to knowledgeable support staff on our Support Desk, which are all included in our standard hosting and support fees.

However, sometimes you might prefer a bit more assistance and that human touch that can be provided by our Consultants through a structured training session. Our Consultants are highly experienced in both our software products and the recruitment industry. Providing a blend that helps relate your training to real-life scenarios that are important to you.

An overview of the types of training i-BR can provide is outlined below. To discuss your specific training requirements with one of our Consultants please contact us.

 

Delivery of training sessions

Our training sessions can be arranged to be delivered at your office premises, remotely via Internet sessions, or we can arrange facilities near your location. Your delivery of the training will be matched to the type of training you require, how many people require training, and of course your budget.

At your offices:

Ideal for where you have more than a couple of people to train, and/or the subject being trained is likely to lead to a session lasting more than a couple of hours. To be effective training should be limited to group sizes of approximately 6 delegates.

Via remote Internet Sessions:

Delivering training via Internet sessions using teleconference facilities and screen sharing software allows training time and costs to be kept to a minimum. This type of training is ideal for short sessions where 1 or 2 people attend the session.

Off-site training facilities:

If you have large groups to train but don't have the facilities in your office for training groups, we can arrange off-site training facilities and would look to do this in locations local to you. Costs for these sessions are of course higher as both our Consultants time and the premises would be included in our fees.

 

Types of Training available


Quick-Recruit Implementation:

As part of the initial implementation of your Quick-Recruit system we provide fully structured training courses as part of our Implementation Projects. Training courses are provided for both front and back-office users as appropriate.

For larger agencies we typically recommend that we train your key users and give them sufficient knowledge to then train further staff within your Agency as needed. However, we can provide additional training courses as needed to train all of your staff if this is your preferred option.

Quick-Recruit follow-up courses:

If training is required for new staff, or advanced training courses structured to your specific needs, then we are happy to provide follow-up training sessions. Each session will be tailored by our Consultants to the specific subjects you require and where ever possible relate these directly to your own business practices.

Constant Contact e-Marketing software training:

If you require introductory or advanced training courses on the Constant Contact e-Marketing software then we can provide this for you. This software is easy to use and does of course come with training materials and help guides. However, as we've said above, sometimes it is easier we know to have that direct human contact to point you in the right direction and kick-start your use of the software.
