When you buy any of our software products we think it's only fair that we only charge you for the time we spend implementing your software, we don't charge any licence fees.

Our implementation team have significant business management and systems implementation experience. So which ever i-BR product you implement you will be dealing with skilled managers who understand your business needs.

Quick-Recruit implementation options


i-BR provide 3 standard implementation project options to give you flexibility in managing your Quick-Recruit implementation project. Each option is designed for agencies of different sizes, circumstances, and budgets to ensure your software is successfully implemented and any appropriate change management issues are addressed.

Option 1: 'On-site' implementation project

For larger agencies where change management issues can be more complex so require more face-to-face interactions, and there can be more staff to train, we recommend the option of an On-site implementation project.

Option 2: 'Off-site' implementation project

For smaller agencies with less change management issues, or where budgets are your main concern, we can manage your implementation remotely.

Option 3: 'Basic' implementation

For Start-up agencies or for 1 or 2 user agencies it may be appropriate to provide a basic implementation which provides a quick, and very low-cost system implementation.

 

The table below outlines the key tasks included within each Implementation Project option. Our Consultants can advise you which option is recommended for your business, or we are happy to develop a bespoke project if this is appropriate for you.

A post-implementation follow-up will be conducted at an agreed point by your Client Manager. Any further fine-tuning of your system will be assessed and conducted. Plans for any further training or assistance will be developed as needed.

     
       

 

Data Migration

Whether your current business data is in an old recruitment system, accounts system, database, or spreadsheet our technical consultants are well versed in managing data migration to making your transition to Quick-Recruit a simple move.

 

Training

Quick-Recruit is delivered fully inclusive of training when we implement your system. We also provide a range of training services to assist you as you need on an on-going basis after the successful completion of your implementation project.
