Our Standard support (included in your Quick-Recruit hosting fees) includes:

• Technical management of your system and hosting infrastructure



• Software and database maintenance

• Free regular upgrades are automatically applied to your system. Upgrades are accompanied by documented guides and you also have an opportunity to review any new system features ahead of each upgrade. Training on upgrades is available as an additional service if you require.


• Free access to i-BR helpdesk from 2 of your staff nominated as contacts for our system administration team. Our Support Desk is open 09.00-17.00hrs Monday to Friday.


• Professional Data back-ups and disaster recovery solutions.


• Clients also enjoy the benefits of access to staff with backgrounds in recruitment who will manage your account and look after your ongoing needs.
