Quick-Recruit pricing structure
There are 3 elements to Quick-Recruit prices, Implementation fees, hosting & support fees, and Pay-per-use services.

i-BR do not charge any software licence fees. We only charge for the work we do when implementing your system.
Our implementation project packages start at £495 for the basic implementation for a front-office system, and £725 for implementation of Timesheet, Payroll, and Invoicing modules. This includes set-up and configuration of your system!
Options are also available to pay for fees in installments to spread costs over up to 6 months. |

Quick-Recruit hosting & support fees are charged quarterly based on the number of active users you have in your system each quarter, and the modules you use.
The fees per user per module are based on a sliding scale. The more users you have the lower the cost per user.
Hosting & Support fees for the front-office system range from £26.50 to £38 per user per month, and fees for the full back-office system from £15.25 to £20 per user, based on system user numbers.

Where appropriate, services are provided on a Pay-per-use basis.
Services currently charged for on this basis are SMS text messaging, and Quick CV extract (CV parsing).
For these services you purchase bundles of credits which are used when you use the services. The more credits you buy in one go, the lower the cost per credit.
The costs for each credit are always highly competitive and are set at a rate which is beneficial for agencies. |
