Q: Typically, what is the number of system users in one of your
average client’s?
Our clients range from smaller and Start Up clients of 1 consultant, to agencies operating across branch networks throughout the UK. Quick-Recruit is configurable to cater for the varying degree of sizes and budgets of our clients. Our wide
range of clients and Quick-Recruit’s flexibility makes it
very effective for the company that needs to react quickly to change
and grow through increased locations, offsite, overseas or just
internally.

Q: Is Quick Recruit a Client-Server system?
No. Client-Server systems are older technology. Quick Recruit is built
using Microsoft.net technology as a Internet system, Microsoft’s latest and most flexible and innovative
technology designed specificalyy to leverage the power of the Internet. Which means our development teams can easily add on
new features and take advantage of cost saving technologies as these emerge, and we won't need to re-write our systems to give our clients the technology they need for the modern connected world.

Q: Can I access Quick Recruit from any PC worldwide?
Yes, any PC connected to the web using an Internet Explorer browser is capable of accessing Quick-Recruit. No additional software needs to be installed or supported as Quick-Recruit is a true Internet system and not just a Client-Server system where users require extra software set-up on their PC to dial into a server to access a system (as would have been done in the past).

Q: Can Quick-Recruit be linked to our website and candidates register
directly into QR avoiding data input by branch staff?
Yes, the Candidate i-Account module of Quick-Recruit links to your website where candidates can register
directly into your Quick-Recruit database, upload their CV, create their own
account, receive job alerts and view applications status 24/7 plus
update their personal details.

Q: How sophisticated are your data transfer capabilities?
Very sophisticated, i-BR’s technical consultants are able
to transfer data from most software packages to your new Quick-Recruit
system. We will agree with you the content and amount of data to
be transferred and timescale before it takes place. All system design
work is thoroughly tested in line with your quality assurance policy.
Our implementation consultants work alongside the technical team
to ensure the client’s specifications are met exactly.

Q: Can you provide us with contact details of a selection of clients
who are of a comparable size and who would give a testimonial on
your service?
Yes, we have reference sites in each size category of user –
please contact our sales team on 0800 756 6794 or use our Contact form.

Q: Can all departments see the same data/activities?
Yes, all staff can see what has been actioned by anyone else (provided they have the required security permissions) regarding
a clients or candidate which speeds workflow, improves audit trals, and eliminates query calls
from branches to support departments and vice versa. It also allows
for an open policy on placing staff i.e. searching on other branches
candidates/clients to speed up the placement process (generally
permission is sought from branch before calls are made to any party).

Q: Do I have to have any additional software on my computers?
There is no need to use this software; you and your staff can
use any PC worldwide that is connected to the web. That is one of
the advantages of having a true online system, no extra software/cost
is required to connect you.

Q: How is the system and data backed up?
Your data is continually backed up and can always be seen in Real
Time. Your data is stored in seperate but mirrored
servers which support each other so should one fail the other is always available.

Q: Do you upgrade the system with new features, if so how regularly
and when is this done?
We are continually working with our clients to bring new features
and cost effective technology into the system. Upgrades are done
overnight and documentation is sent out beforehand. There is no work required by our clients for upgrades and these are carried out overnight to avoid any down-time of systems during working hours.

Q: Is there a link to accounting systems including some that are
bespoke
Yes, it can integrate with all accounting systems but
QR does have its own fully integrated timesheet, invoicing and payroll system
that works from the front office data and as such is creates a seamless more cost effective option with full audit trails of activity and drill-through from sales balances to individual transaction. Quick-Recruit can also be configured to mirror your Chart of Accounts and nominal balance reports generated for export of balances to your general accounting system.

Q: Is there a limit to the size of the database your system can
work with?
No there is no limit and unlike most other recruitment software
you do not have the added expenses or worry of needing your own
in-house back up methods, your data is backed up continuously for you.

Q: What level of technical support can be expected?
We provide an extensive range of pre and post client support services
which includes comprehensive implementation
management and help desk which will support the latest release of
Quick Recruit and a dedicated account manager who will have Quality
Reviews at regular intervals.

Q: Do you have service level agreements for support answer times?

in confidence and efficiently. We guarantee our resources will support
your business at all levels.
