Quick-Recruit Elite is ideal for you if:

• You are an Agency with between 10 and 25 users, or have less than 10 users but require the flexibility of managing your business within a multiple Region / Branch / Cost-Centre structure or wish to tailor the system drop-down lists specifically to your requirements.

• You may have geographically seperated staff, or staff who work from home. They can access your system regardless of location, ideal for:

		Joining together a branch network, instantly
		Setting-up new branches quickly and without installation of expensive IT infrastructure
		Facilitating home-workers
		On-call staff
		Running your business from any location Worldwide
		Accessing data from a Client's office

• You wish to utilise integrated Front & Back-office functions to substantially reduce your costs and improve client service.

• You are looking to integrate your website with your Front-Office system to improve Candidate attraction and retention.

• You wish to reduce your business risk by outsourcing the maintenance of your systems and data-back-ups to a specialist company like i-BR, and/or to reduce the need to employ IT staff of your own to run your systems and/or IT networks.

But Consider Ultima if:

• You have more than 25 users, or expansion plans in the near future that will increase your staff above 25 users.

• You are seeking the ability to tailor workflow processes, security permissions, and/or system labels specifically to your business processes. N.B. Quick-Recruit Elite allows for the configuration typically needed by most mid-size recruitment agencies, but full flexibility to tailor all parts of your system are available with Quick-Recruit Ultima.

Consider Express if:

You are an established Agency or Start-up Agency with less than 10 users and are seeking inexpensive access to modern Recruitment systems and do not require the flexibility to tailor or configure Quick-Recruit 2007 from it's standard set-up at this time.

Upgrades available:

Upgrades are available from Quick-Recruit Elite to Quick-Recruit Ultima. If you have had your Quick-Recruit Elite system for 6 months or more we will upgrade you to Ultima free of charge. All we ask is that you pay for the time we spend on any additional configuration changes to your system if you request these to be performed.
