Your Personal Assistant module helps each Consultant organise their own work within Quick-Recruit and provides Activity "To-do" lists and reminders on key events and follow-ups. Your Personal Assistant is free of charge with your Resource Assistant module.
Resource Assistant
The Resource Assistant is your essential ‘front-office’ system within Quick-Recruit, the Internet Recruitment Software that grows with your business. Easy to use and configurable for your Agency requirements, the Resource Assistant is a comprehensive front-office recruitment system.
This module can be used stand-alone, linked to your existing back-office systems and integrated to your company website using the Candidate i-Account module, as well as full integration with the other Quick-Recruit modules. The result is a complete recruitment solution that will save you valuable time and money.
Candidate i-Account
We recognise that being on-line is increasingly essential for a businesses future growth and success, therefore i-BR's Candidate i-Account module is provided to allow you to offer full on-line Registration and Job Search facilities to your Candidates linked directly to your Quick-Recruit system.
Candidate i-Account gives your business instant credibility for discerning Candidates giving 24/7 access to them to services with your Agency. Candidate details and applications are tracked and your Consultants automatically alerted, so your business stays one step ahead.
Timesheet Administrator
The Timesheet Administrator module is the simple way to ensure your Timesheets are processed quickly and efficiently within Quick-Recruit.
Full integration is available from the Timesheet Administrator module to Quick-Recruit Resource Assistant, Invoice Administration and Payroll Administration modules. This enables you to service your Clients with the most up to date information, eliminating re-keying of data and bringing considerable time-saving to this vital aspect of your business.
Clients using the Timesheet Administrator have saved costs even when only used in conjunction with the Resource Assistant, front-office system. However, even better benefits in time and cost savings are accrued when used with the complete Quick Recruit Invoice & Payroll back office modules. Links can be made to your existing payroll system and batch management functionality is available for
processing data transfers. Payroll Administrator
The Payroll Administrator module provides you with fully integrated payroll processing within Quick-Recruit.

Quick-CV Extract provides you with the ability to instantly create Candidate records just by uploading a CV within your Resource Assistant module. Save time, money and effort of administration and data-entry to allow your staff to focus on value-added activity and not data-entry.
